Building A Better Graduate is a district-wide initiative Preschool thru Grade 12 that allows our school district to continue our progressive journey closer to our vision. Building A Better Graduate will ensure our students have rigorous coursework, strong character development, and world-class skills needed for a successful life, needed to excel.

Our 5 world-class skills for Building a Better Graduate were selected by middle school and high school students, community partners, business owners, parents, staff, and school leadership.  The skills are customized to reflect the community goals of Henderson County and reflect the growth in technology and innovation. Building A Better Graduate inspires and guides our school and district improvement plan and strategic plan. It gives Henderson County School students the advantage needed when graduating into a globally competitive digital society.
