This week we celebrate Public Schools Week.
Families, educators, school leaders, and public education advocates across the country are joining together in celebrating public schools, Feb. 27–Mar. 3; a week designated to highlight and show support for our local public schools.
Public Schools Week is an opportunity for us to reflect on the vital role our schools play in our communities. Throughout the week, families, educators, and community members are encouraged to highlight the amazing things happening in their local public schools while expressing their support and advocacy for public education and all the benefits it provides children and families alike.
It's an occasion for us to come together as a community to highlight the importance of accessible, high-quality education for all.
Join us on Wednesday, February 28th as we wear red to show our support of public education.
