The Henderson County High School Career and Technical Education (CTE) unit will host their CTE Banquet and Career Signing on Thursday, May 2nd at 5:30 p.m. at the Lumber Yard Event Center.
The Career Signing provides a platform for students to publicly declare their post-graduation plans, whether it be entering the workforce or embarking on entrepreneurial endeavors.
“This event marks a significant milestone in the journey of our graduating seniors as they commit to their chosen career paths. We invite our community leaders, families, and businesses to join us in celebrating the accomplishments ” adds Amanda Lacer, CTE Principal.
37 of our students will be signing with 21 of our local businesses at approximately 6:30 p.m.
"The Career Signing Event is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and the support they receive from our dedicated staff. Through hands-on learning experiences, industry partnerships, and professional certifications, the HCHS CTE unit prepares our students for success,” states Bob Lawson, Superintendent of Henderson County Schools.
