Dr. Bob Lawson, Superintendent of Henderson County Schools, received an overall Accomplished performance level from the Henderson County Board of Education during his recent annual superintendent evaluation.

Exemplary - Exceeds the standard
Accomplished - Meets the standard
Developing - Makes growth toward meeting the standard
Growth Required - Area(s) required to be addressed in the Professional Growth Plan
Dr. Lawson has served as Superintendent of Henderson County Schools since December 2020.
Mike Waller, Chairman of the Board of Education shared feedback from the review during the board meeting, “Dr. Lawson has been evaluated by the Henderson County Board of Education for the 2021-2022 school year with a cumulative assessment of accomplishments which meets the standards of our process. He was assessed in all seven standards. We determined that Managerial Leadership, Strategic Leadership, Cultural Leadership, and Human Resource Leadership were his overall strengths. We thank him for his growth mindset and hard work and we will continue to support his work in leading our local school district.”
