Lighting throughout East Heights Elementary will be upgraded to LED technology to become more energy efficient.  This will occur in all areas of East Heights except the pod areas, as they are scheduled for future renovation.  The project is estimated to cost $18,000.00.  Henderson County Schools will apply for matching funds from Kentucky Utilities "Special Energy Project" funding program.
